Weight Loss as you may or may not know is something that I’ve (TB1) been trying to maintain since the beginning of 2014! I’ve been doing pretty well. Eating properly, even when Dave and I do our sets, and get something to eat afterwards, it has always been about burgers and fries, and now is all about salad and grilled chicken. I’ve been making sure to do cardio every single day, and just trying to do it all properly. It’s been going great and I’m really happy with the results so far.     My personal suggestion is to eat a lot of (good) food. Salads are great but don’t hold a lot of energy, so if you’re more tired or have headaches that’s why. I also recommend The 4-Hour Body. I lost 60 pounds in 3 months by not having a job and being way extreme, but the same principles in the book apply.

    Great work man! Keep it up. Don’t under estimate the power of weightlifting either. More muscle = more calories burned at rest.
